First Black Smithing Lesson

Last Night I had my first Blacksmith Forging Class at The Carbon Collective. Under Nick Ireys, I learned many techniques including tapering, fuller, controlling the fire and more. By the end of the night I had a knife, that just needs to be grinded, and a bottle opened made out of a 3 inch bolt. It was a great time and I am excited to work with metal again. And I only burned myself once!
